My stay at Eastwell Manor was an overall delightful experience. The hotel’s historical charm truly captivated me, and the spa facilities were fantastic, offering a real sense of relaxation. My stay at Champneys was incredibly disappointing. While the spa facilities were decent and the grounds had potential, the service and room conditions were unacceptable. It felt more like a horror film with peeling wallpaper and broken amenities. After several visits to reception to sort out issues, I left feeling stressed instead of relaxed. I would not recommend this hotel given the poor management and lack of maintenance.
