Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Eastwell Manor was an overall delightful experience. The hotel’s historical charm truly captivated me, and the spa facilities were fantastic, offering a real sense of relaxation. The food quality in both the restaurant and the spa was impressive. However, the service flow could be improved, especially during busy times, which detracted slightly from the overall experience. Despite a few minor issues, I left feeling rejuvenated and satisfied with my visit.
My visit to the hotel left me feeling disappointed after some high hopes. While the grounds are beautiful, the service and room quality were not what I expected for a five-star establishment. I encountered numerous issues during my stay, particularly with staff attentiveness and room cleanliness. However, some positive aspects included the quality of food served and the scenic areas to explore on the property.
My stay at Champneys was incredibly disappointing. While the spa facilities were decent and the grounds had potential, the service and room conditions were unacceptable. It felt more like a horror film with peeling wallpaper and broken amenities. After several visits to reception to sort out issues, I left feeling stressed instead of relaxed. I would not recommend this hotel given the poor management and lack of maintenance.
My stay at the hotel started on a disappointing note with a room that did not meet expectations, but after moving to a different room, I found it to be quite nice despite a few maintenance issues. The grounds of the hotel are beautifully kept and the dining experience was enjoyable, particularly the afternoon tea which had some delightful offerings. However, the lack of attention to detail in the rooms significantly affected my overall experience.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was beautiful and the outdoor scenery was stunning, perfect for a tranquil retreat. However, the dining experience was marred by service issues, and the management seemed overwhelmed. While the spa treatments were fantastic, the overall service could definitely use improvement.
