REALLY relaxing spa break

The manor room was lovely. It was clean, tastefully decorated, and furnished with a comfortable bed. The robes in the rooms were very soft and fluffy TOO!!! The hotel and the grounds are just fine.
I found that the bathroom windows would not close properly. They were clearly rotten and in need of repair. The showers needed an update.

The recently refurbished gym is WELL-EQUIPPED. I saw a personal trainer there called Jen. She understood my strengths and weaknesses. She focused solely on a full body strength routine. It has already had an effect within only a few months.

Idyllic Retreat in the Countryside

My visit included a wonderful facial. Paris was very nice and very professional. Dinner was excellent, all courses were delicious. The menu was well designed and staff polite. I also enjoyed a treatment with Tracey. It was very relaxing.
I called for a week, left voicemails and sent emails. It was impossible to speak to anyone ahead of the visit. I got hold of someone after a week, and I could no longer have the treatment when planned.

The grounds are fine. I enjoyed a pretty walk up for dinner. All was lit and signposted. There were no car parking issues because of lots of space available.

The receptionist was friendly and informative. All staff were polite, friendly and helpful. I found the staff on the desk lovely. I was clearly not kept informed of basic issues or plans.

I stayed in a Mews Room, easily found from the main house with a useful map. Breakfast is continental and fresh. The quiet room was usable in the mews. There was a double bed.

Dinner was excellent. The continental breakfast was fresh. The breakfast manager was good. The bar was friendly. I ordered an express treatment. It was a lovely autumn walk around the grounds.

i loved how friendly all the staff were. the grounds were also fine it was nice to walk around and take in the beautiful scenery i'll definitely be back again soon. my room was also super clean and the bed was really comfy. the robes were soft and fluffy it was a real treat.
the gym was slightly crowded during peak hours but it was not a huge issue

the gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes it opens early and closes late for guest convenience. the indoor pool area features twenty loungers and a shaded section providing ample space for relaxation. outdoor tennis courts are available for recreational use

The manor restaurant offered delicious pork. All staff were very helpful. The outdoor jacuzzi provided a lovely time. We enjoyed the good selection available for lunch. The comfortable beds were very cosy and warm.
Spa access required an expensive additional charge PER visit. It was misleading.

The manor room was clean. It was tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable. The robes provided in the rooms were very soft too.
I had issues with the bathroom windows. They would not close properly. It was they were written and in need of repair. Plaster was falling off adjacent to the sauna. The showers seemed to need an update.
